New Feature - AcuroPet™ Adds Appointment Requests
AcuroPet™ has undergone enhancements!
The free, downloadable app created for pet owners and developed to work seamlessly with AcuroVet® now offers an appointment request feature .
This new feature allows your clients to request or reschedule appointments based on your availability. They can cancel appointments as well.
Here’s how it works.
When an owner requests an appointment, you’ll receive a notification. The details of the request will conveniently appear in the AcuroVet® My Day section.
Our goal continues to be to add features that streamline your hectic workday.
Enabling owners to request appointments via the app is much more efficient. Now, you or your staff don’t have to make the time to answer phone calls, listen to voicemails, or respond to texts.
And your clients will enjoy the same time-saving benefit. It’s a win-win!
Boost your client service with AcuroPet™
Have your clients downloaded the app yet? It’s free, so you really should encourage them.
Besides this new scheduling feature, AcuroPet™ simplifies interacting with clients in other ways. You can send appointment reminders and receive invoice payments – yes, they can pay you through the app.
Owners have immediate access to their pet’s health, visits, and prescription history. They can store all pet-related documents in one place.
The AcuroPet™ app - take the challenge out of staying connected with your clients.
