New Features! AcuroVet® 2.7
AcuroVet® 2.7 introduces a new 'Draft a Visit' feature, allowing veterinarians to prepare for appointments in advance and seamlessly transition into the visit when the time comes. Additionally, users can now download detailed CSV reports from the inventory settings, providing comprehensive insights into batch numbers, costs, stock availability, and expiration dates.

Introducing AcuroVet 2.7, with an exciting new feature - the “Draft a Visit” option.
Draft a visit
Now you can draft and prepare for your visits in advance. When the time of the appointment arrives, the data will already be available, saving you time and effort.
- With this new feature, you can draft a visit for any future appointment.
- This feature can be accessed by selecting the "Draft a Visit" option on the appointment calendar, pet's timeline, or owner details - (Appointments) page.
- All the fields that you need to fill in for the visit will appear and you can enter the data needed. The data entered in the draft will be saved and added to the visit.
- Once the visit is drafted, the “View draft” option allows you to view the drafted visit as well as edit the information added to it.
- When the day of the appointment arrives, you can pick up the visit from the “View Draft” option and start the visit.
- The status of “Draft visit" changes to an initiated visit once you start the visit. You can print, share, and generate invoices and statements as well as use the pay now options once the visit has been started.
Settings > Inventory > Download detailed CSV
- You can now download a detailed inventory CSV report that includes the item batch number, cost per item, stock availability, and batch expiration date.
