Hello, everybody. Thank you so much for joining us this, uh, afternoon, evening, morning, whatever it is, wherever you are in the world right now.

My name is Maureen Kelleher and I am one of the founding partners, uh, of a ACU vet. And today's webinar will be some features

of Acura Vet that can help you with practice management. So stay tuned, stay connected, and we will get started with some features that may help you if you have multiple locations or multiple clinics.

Here we are on our my day screen and we've got our day set to show two doctors. Um, and we could always change the view of this to show by week or month,

but, um, what if we have more than one clinic or one location and we want to separate our financials by location or by clinic?

Well, we can easily do that. And to do that, we can come over to settings and we can go over to clinic.

And here we can see that this company, our company, which is Acura Vet Animal Clinic, uh, has several different, um, clinics. Uh, this one is the Acura Vet Animal Clinic.

This is the Acura Vet Side Hunt Clinic. This is the third times the Charm Clinic. This is the expansion clinic, and this is our inventory clinic.

And they all have different emails. They all have different, um, addresses, etc. What they also have is, um, different, um, inventories, service codes

and accounting, but they can share the same owner database and patient data database so that your patients can easily, um, go from one clinic to the other.

And all of their medical history, medical documentation is shared across your clinics. But if you have different inventory pricing or different, uh, service pricing per location

or need to track financials per location, you certainly can do that by breaking them into separate clinics. Another thing you may need to do as a practice manager

is, uh, control or manage your staff and the, uh, access your different veterinarians have to the different pieces of data. So let's head back over to settings

and go to doctors and clinic staff. And so here are all of the veterinarians that are associated with this company. And I, um,

and here's all of the, the, um, veterinarians, and here's the clinic that we are talking about. So if I wanted to change, uh, to a different clinic, here are the two veterinarians that work out of this clinic

and I could change it, um, uh, to another clinic. So, um, that will kind of a allow you to, uh, dictate which doctors are at which clinic.

Now, another thing that you can see is which doctors have different notifications for, um, uh, different things such as low inventory

or an appointment being booked, or in this particular case, Acura pet notification. So, um, when a client, um, requests an appointment or reschedules an appointment using the Acura PET app,

then I would receive a text message notification. If we click on over to staff, we've got two staff members listed here

for this particular, uh, clinic. We have a company admin and we have a technician. There's also some other options as, uh, such as reception. And for these two individuals, we can see that they, um,
