New Updates Released (version 1.7)

AcuroVet® enhances practice management with new features: , multi-clinic access, customizable payments, appointments,pet statuses, configure CC emails and digital signatures. Updates streamline invoicing with service code quantities and discounts, and improve calendar visibility. These advancements empower veterinarians with efficient tools for enhanced patient care and operational efficiency.

Enhancements
  • Prefill CC Email configuration
  • Feature is accessible in both web application and tablet application.
  • Access by going to User Profile - Setting Menu - Configuration.
  • By default the prefill email ID in CC option will be ticked along with the logged in user email ID selected for prefill.
  • User can add/edit/remove the email id for prefilling in CC section on “Share Email” pop-up. Added email ID will be populated beside the prefill field.
  • If user doesn’t want prefilled in CC section, deselect the box.
  • To save the configuration user needs to click on save option.


  • Digital Signature
  • Feature is accessible in both web application and tablet application.
  • Access by going to User Profile - Edit - Signature.
  1. For web application - Signature section is available below the awards section.
  2. For tablet application - Signature section is available below basic information.
  • User can sign through mouse (web app) or touch (tablet app). 
  • After drawing, click on “Sign” to select or click on “Reset” to redraw. Click on sign, the application will show the preview of signature beside it.
  • Click on “Save” option to save the drawn signature.
  • To Delete the Signature;
  1. For web app - User needs to click on sign button with blank entry of signature panel.
  2. For tablet app - User needs to click on delete icon next to signature preview.


  • Multiple Clinic access (Doctors and/or Staff)
  • Feature is accessible only in web application.
  • Admin user sets the multiple clinic access from Settings - Doctors & Staff - add/edit doctors or staff screen.
  • Clinic access field is provided on both add/edit user/staff.


  • Customize Payment Type
  • Feature is accessible only in web application.
  • Admin user can access from Setting - Billing/Invoice - Payment Mode section.
  • Admin user can edit/delete the available payment mode. (Cannot delete a payment type which has been used in invoice payment).


  • Customize Invoice Payment Terms/ Notes
  • Feature is accessible only in web application.
  • Admin user access from Setting - Billing/Invoice - Payment Term section.
  • User can define the payment term/notes based on clinic. User can use the template editor to define payment terms/notes.
  • This payment term/notes will be displayed on billing screen and user can modify by generating Invoice. Update will be only for that specific invoice.
  • Payment term/notes will also get displayed on invoice printout at footer.


  • Customize Appointment Type & Duration
  • Feature is accessible only in web application.
  • Feature can be access from Setting - Appointment Menu.
  • Admin user can customize appointment type and duration.
  • Select clinic. 
  • User can edit/delete/mark inactive appointment type. (Cannot delete appointment type which have been used for a visit.)
  • To add new appointment type, to add appointment type, duration, click on the active option (checked by default) and click on add button.
  • Active appointment type will be accessible in both web application and tablet application on appointment booking screen.


  • Mark Pet as Deceased
  • Feature is accessible in both web application and tablet application.
  • User can mark pet as deceased from Pet and Owner - Pet details.
  • Deceased option available below pet insured option of basic information.
  • Once pet is marked as deceased, all appointments which are not started yet will be canceled.


  • Mark Pet as Inactive
  • Feature is accessible in both web application and tablet application.
  • User can mark pet as inactive from Pet and Owner - Pet details.
  • Once pet is marked as inactive, all appointments which are not started yet will be canceled.


  • Referring Veterinarian details
  • Feature is accessible in both web application and tablet application.
  • Access from from Pet and Owner - Pet details - Referring Veterinarian section.


  • Pet and Owner Warning/ Notes field
  • Feature is accessible in both web application and tablet application.
  • Access owner Pet Warning from Pet and Owner - Owner details - Warning field.
  • Access pet warning from Pet and Owner - Pet details - Warning field.
  • Warming will be visible during visit and below across companies.


  • Vaccine Service fields
  • Feature is accessible in both web application and tablet application.
  • Access vaccine service from Visit - Treatment - Wellness - Forms


  • Vaccine Certificate
  • Feature is accessible in both web application and tablet application.
  • Generate vaccine certificate from Visit - Treatment - Wellness - Vaccine Form.
  • Print and share option on header of vaccine service section will allow user to generate vaccine certificate.


  • Service Code Quantity on Invoice
  • Feature is accessible in both web application and tablet application.
  • User can add the quantity to service code (whole number) on billing screen. 
  • (Default) inventory will also increase with respect to defined quantity in Setting - Service code - Default Inventory.


  • Capture Manual Discount Code on Invoice
  • Feature is accessible in both web application and tablet application.
  • Previously discount was only provided by amount. Now can discount by amount or percentage.
  • Discount code name, type and value will be displayed in invoice printout.


  • Show Icon on Appointment area in the calendar screen to indicate appointment status


  • 3D Touch/ App shortcut for Appointment booking
  • Feature is accessible only in tablet application.
  • User can long-press (3D touch for iPad) on the AcuroVet® app icon, will show appointment booking feature shortcut in the list.
  • Feature will only be available on 3D touch/Haptic Touch supported iPads and android tablet running above Android 6 (Marshmallow).
Fixes
  • Invoice # on Visit History screen
  • Feature is accessible only in web application.
  • User can directly access the invoice from visit history screen through invoice #.


  • Allow user to book event on event
  • Feature is accessible in both web application and tablet application (double-book).
  • User can book event over existing event or appointment.


  • Remove Ownership share on invoice for Single owner
